Our Development

Russell Van Hecke developed VanPro Designs based on his past success in working with people over a 20 year span in retail management, small business development and consulting. Mr. Van Hecke was a member of the Sacramento Downtown Association for 4 years and also served as Vice President for two consecutive years. During his tenure he was instrumental in unifying merchants in a difficult urban market environment. He also assisted in the development of revitalization programs for the market area. Successful in financing and organizing 2 small businesses has added greatly to Mr. Van Hecke's experience in all aspects of business management. The internet is an exciting way to increase sales and exposure for businesses which has paralleled with Mr. Van Hecke's expertise and has proven to be an asset for VanPro Designs.
